Accounts Payable Manager Duties & Responsibilities :

As our Accounts Payable Manager , you'll be at the heart of our Accounts Payable team, providing both leadership and support. In this player-coach role, you'll guide the team's workflows, manage vendor relationships, and keep our processes running smoothly.

Life:

You'll manage the daily flow of invoices, guiding the team and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Your role includes reviewing payments to ensure proper approval, updating approval listings, and optimizing our electronic approval process in Prologue. You'll be the main point of contact for vendor relationships, managing setup and changes, and collaborating with the Tax Department on reviews. You'll also act as the Concur System Administrator, handling team member access, providing training, and supporting expense reporting needs. Additionally, you'll work closely with auditors, review and maintain cost allocations and prepaid asset balances, and prepare ad hoc reports from Prologue or Concur. Takes:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or related field 3-5 years of experience leading a team Strong accounts payable experience
