A well-established residential property management organization is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee full-cycle AP operations across a diverse portfolio of affordable housing communities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who can ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while managing vendor relationships and supporting a high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process across corporate and property portfolios Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense allocations Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to company policies Ensure all payments and transactions comply with internal policies and industry regulations Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation to support year-end audits and financial reviews Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and utility providers Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with professionalism and accuracy Evaluate and enhance AP workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation Leverage property management accounting systems to streamline processes Partner with Property Managers, Regional Managers, and leadership to support financial operations Assist with month-end close and ensure deadlines are met consistently Qualifications 4+ years of accounts payable experience, with property management experience preferred Experience managing AP processes in a high-volume, multi-entity environment Proficiency with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management systems Strong understanding of AP processes, internal controls, and accounting principles Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonus Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability) 401(k) with employer match Paid time off and holidays Professional development and certification support IND4
