Paid Time Off and HolidaysWhat you'll doAn Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager oversees the entire revenue collection cycle, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and minimized bad debt.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, mentor, and train Accounts Receivable staff.
Invoicing:
Ensure timely and accurate generation of customer invoices.
Collection Management:
Monitor aging reports, investigate discrepancies, and lead collection efforts on overdue accounts.
Process Improvement:
Develop and enforce internal controls, credit policies, and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency.
Customer Relations:
Act as the escalation point for complex billing disputes and maintain positive client relationships.
Auditing:
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
5 years of construction accounting or construction billing experience preferred. Experience with partial and final lien waivers and preparing and reviewing sub tier lien waivers
Experience with AIA Form G702 and G703
2 years of Supervisory experience preferred
Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
Textura and ProCore user interface experience preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
