Job Description:

Accounts Receivable Supervisor / Billing Lead Key Responsibilities Apply daily cash receipts and perform account reconciliations. Track, research, and allocate accounts receivable deductions. Investigate deduction discrepancies and dispute invalid chargebacks. Process daily invoicing for high-volume retail customers. Partner with the EDI team to resolve invoice or transaction errors. Prepare credit memos as needed. Generate and distribute customer statements. Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances, payment issues, and delinquent accounts. Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits. Escalate significant payment issues to the Controller and CFO when appropriate. Set up new customer accounts and maintain accurate account records and files. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable and billing. 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience. Proven experience overseeing accounts receivable and billing operations. Strong knowledge of cash application, cash activity review, deductions management, and account reconciliation. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered.
