Description Interim AP/AR Accounting Manager Onsite - St. Louis, MO Our client is seeking an experienced AP/AR Accounting Manager to support an immediate opening driven by an upcoming retirement. Actively interviewing Key Responsibilities + Leadership and ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Credit + Hands-on involvement in daily accounting operations while managing the team + Oversight of credit applications and lines of credit + Step into day-to-day operational leadership following limited coverage during an Oracle-focused period + Mentor and develop a collaborative, execution-minded accounting team Systems & Technical Requirements + Oracle experience is critical + Strong Excel proficiency + Comfortable working directly in the system and staying close to transactional activity Top Qualifications + Demonstrated AP/AR leadership, including Collections and Credit + Strong operational ownership within Oracle + Collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves management style with strong cultural alignment Work Arrangement +
