 $26 MERS/Missouri Goodwill Industries is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and professional Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our Accounting team! Qualifications Bachelors degree in Accountancy or an associate degree with 5 years of work-related experience in financial analysis, purchasing, or accounts payable.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise the full accounts payable transaction cycle, ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. Prepare invoices and complete vendor invoice packages within two business days to ensure timely processing and payment. Ensure that all agency policies and procedures are followed. Supervise daily operation of the accounts payable department. Coordinate, prepare, and verify supporting documentation to ensure accurate / timely invoice package preparation and general ledger recording. Serve as liaison between MERS/Missouri Goodwill and vendors. Perform monthly aging review with Controller. Review accounts payable policies and procedures semi-annually with submission of process improvement items, if possible. Perform other duties as assigned.
