Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily office operations while managing key accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, and payroll functions. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, maintaining efficient office processes, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting management, coordinating administrative functions, processing payroll, managing accounts payable, and maintaining bookkeeping records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Key Responsibilities Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Maintain office procedures and ensure an efficient work environment Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships Assist management with administrative projects and special assignments Serve as a point of contact for employees and vendors Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping transactions Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting Record and analyze financial transactions to ensure accuracy Accounts Payable Process invoices and vendor payments accurately and timely Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies Reconcile vendor statements and accounts Payroll Process employee payroll accurately and on schedule Maintain payroll records and employee information Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll-related inquiries Qualifications Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, accounting, or payroll administration Strong knowledge of accounts payable, payroll, and bookkeeping principles Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with OneSite property management software is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Preferred Experience Property management accounting Vendor management and contract administration What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Professional and supportive work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement If you are a motivated professional with strong office management and accounting skills, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of our team.
