Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the accounts payable department. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial processes. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the accounts payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Oversee invoice coding and review for compliance with company policies and standards.
• Coordinate and execute regular check runs and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.
• Monitor and improve accounts payable procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all payment transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.
• Generate and analyze reports related to accounts payable activities for leadership review.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor staff to foster growth within the accounts payable team.
• Address and resolve escalated issues related to payments or vendor relationships.
