Full-Time, Permanent Position SummaryLV Petroleum is seeking a highly organized, experienced, and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead our Accounts Payable team. This role is responsible for overseeing the full-cycle accounts payable function for our growing retail operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a proven ability to drive process improvements and team performance.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the Accounts Payable team, providing guidance, training, and performance support. Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, verification, processing, and timely payments. Manage utility bill processing to ensure payments are made on time and prevent service disruptions. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Partner with vendors, operations, and other internal departments to resolve invoice issues and ensure accurate cost allocation. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and accounting standards. Assist with vendor maintenance and other accounting tasks as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications & Requirements Proven experience in full-cycle accounts payable, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or lead role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with process improvement, automation tools, and AP software/systems. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
