As a Regional Medicare A/R Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable operations within your designated region, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures. By maximizing collections and reducing bad debt in the facilities, your work will play a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of our operations. Key Responsibilities of a

Regional A/R Manager:

Regional A/R Manager:

Ability to travel as assigned. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and collections in the long-term care industry Strong understanding of billing and reimbursement regulations, including Private Pay, Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Coinsurance. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders Proven leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving results Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills : We Hire for Heart!
