$100,000-$115,000 annuallySchedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday | In-Person Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Experience working in a banking, financial services, or highly regulated environment 6+ years of experience in accounts payable and payroll 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and financial controls Familiarity with SOX compliance and audit processes Experience with AvidXchange (Ascend) and ADP Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable Leadership Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and disbursements Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining positive vendor relationships Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy Payroll Management Manage payroll processing for a large, multi-state employee population Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations Partner closely with HR regarding employee data, benefits deductions, and compensation changes Review and approve payroll reports, tax filings, and reconciliations Support the annual budgeting process, including payroll and benefits calculations Leadership & Collaboration Supervise, mentor, and develop AP and payroll team members Build and maintain a high-performing, accountable team culture Collaborate with departments such as HR, Finance, and Internal Audit Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring adherence to financial controls Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and financial reporting standards Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis as neededSimilar jobs in Oklahoma City, OK
