Key Responsibilities of the AR Billing Manager Manage full-cycle accounts receivable and construction billing processes, including progress billings and job cost tracking The AR Billing Manager will ensure accurate and timely invoicing in alignment with contract terms, schedules of values, and change orders Partner with project managers and field teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation Monitor outstanding AR balances and support collections efforts as needed The AR Billing Manager will assist with accounts payable processing and provide cross-functional accounting support Support month-end close activities, reporting, and reconciliation processes Maintain compliance with internal controls and construction accounting standards Qualifications for the AR Billing Manager 3+ years of accounting experience; construction industry experience required Strong understanding of job costing, billing cycles, and project-based accounting Exposure to accounts payable processes preferred Experience with construction ERP systems; Viewpoint Vista is a plus Strong Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across field and office teams #INJUN2026
