Job Description
Lead Accounts Receivable for Four Seasons Produce, a high-volume, fast-paced fresh produce distributor. In this hands-on leadership role, you'll oversee the full AR function-from collections and credit management to payment application and team development. Monday- Friday| 8:00am
- 5:00pm What you get to do Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable, including payment application, account reconciliation, collections, and credit management Evaluate customer creditworthiness and make sound credit decisions aligned with company policy Manage aged receivables, resolve payment issues, and minimize bad debt exposure Negotiate payment arrangements and, when necessary, pursue remedies under PACA Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology solutions within our JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system Lead, coach, and develop the Accounts Receivable team through training, feedback, and daily support Prepare reports, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements to leadership Support month-end, year-end, and audit activities What you bring 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience in a high-volume environment 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong expertise in collections, credit, and customer account management Working knowledge of PACA (Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills High school diploma required; associate degree preferred What We Offer Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Earned Wage Access•flexible access to wages before payday Paid time off and holidays Flexible Spending Account•healthcare and dependent care Health Savings Account•high deductible medical plan Retirement 401(k) with employer match Company life insurance & voluntary life insurance Short-term and long-term disability Additional benefits include tuition reimbursement, wellness program, employee assistance program, Success Coach, and more!
