Our client, located in Lancaster, PA, is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Accounts Receivable team, including training and performance management of collection specialists Manage all aspects of the collections process, from assessing accounts to executing collections and resolving billing issues Maintain accurate records within the accounting system, ensuring timeliness and precision in documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients through correspondence, reports, and presentations Identify and review issues impacting client delinquency, working proactively with management to find resolutions Requirements / What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business 5+ years of experience in collections and team management Proficiency with NetSuite or other accounting systems Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and timeliness Ability to handle highly sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion Flexibility, multitasking capability, and a driver's license for travel

$65,000 - $75,000 annually Hours /

M-F, 8am - 5pm
