Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals, ensuring strong day-to-day operationsOversee full-cycle accounts payable processing in a high-volume environmentReview and approve invoices, payments, and vendor setups for accuracy and complianceAssist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reportingResolve vendor discrepancies and handle escalated issues in a timely, professional mannerIdentify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen controlsCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations
