Job Description

Snow Removal Accounts Manager We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Snow Removal Accounts Manager to support financial operations, subcontractor coordination, and customer account management throughout the snow season. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Management Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Process subcontractor invoices and ensure payments are completed by due dates Monitor outstanding customer balances and send notices for overdue invoices Lead collections efforts during the spring season Client & Job Administration Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and account information Ensure job details and customer information are properly logged and organized Track and manage invoicing records and payment status Operations & Team Coordination Work closely with the sales team during the fall season to ensure all job information is entered accurately Assist in organizing and assigning work to existing subcontractors Support operational efficiency across snow removal accounts and scheduling Qualifications Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and follow-up skills Previous accounting, bookkeeping, office administration, or snow industry experience is a plus but not required Join our team and play a key role in supporting seasonal operations through strong financial and administrative management.
Pay:
From $65,000.00 per year
