Accounts Payable (AP) Manager Join my client, a growing manufacturing company seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee AP operations and support ongoing process improvements across the organization. Oversee daily operations of the AP department, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures to streamline AP processes. Lead special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and financial reporting. Prepare reports for internal stakeholders and support audit readiness. Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure financial alignment. About You as the Accounts Payable (AP)Manager:
Experience managing or leading within an AP function in a professional services or project-based environment. Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas. Ability to lead process improvement initiatives across departments. Skilled at communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
