In this role, you will oversee critical financial functions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in payment processes. This is a contract to permanent opportunity offering hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Review and approve invoices while ensuring proper coding and compliance with company policies. Oversee Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions to ensure smooth processing. Coordinate with vendors to resolve payment discrepancies and maintain strong relationships. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial regulations during payment processing. Collaborate with internal teams to improve accounts payable workflows and efficiencies. Monitor and report key metrics related to accounts payable performance. Train and guide team members on accounts payable procedures and systems. Proven experience in accounts payable management or a related role. Strong knowledge of invoice coding and payment processes. Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all financial tasks. Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards.
