Experience:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Senior Manager (Director-level) to lead and oversee AP operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, particularly in Workday, and experience managing AP functions across Latin America. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full-cycle Accounts Payable function Oversee AP operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance Drive process improvements and optimize workflows across AP Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations Support and manage AP activities across LATAM regions Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations Assist with system enhancements and automation initiatives

Qualifications:

Director-level or Senior Manager experience in Accounts Payable Strong, hands-on AP experience (not purely strategic)
