In this key management role, you will oversee the processing of approximately 12,000 inovices per month. This will involve guiding, facilitating the development of, and resolving issues for the supervisor, leads and processors, while also service as back up for supervisor. You will be responsible for month-end closing, including the preparation of manual accruals and closing the AP system.

You will:

Help review and reconcile various reports Oversee 1099 reporting Handle year-end audit and system upgrades/enhancements Manage ACH authentication, security of business compromises and vendor adds/updates Comply with regulatory agencies and institutional/operating systems Facilitate weekly check write

Salary Range:
