Hybrid (Monday-Thursday in office, Friday remote)
Compensation:
$60,000-$70,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits A growing global manufacturing and distribution organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee AR operations and support continued business growth. This role is responsible for leading collections, cash application, customer account management, and process improvement initiatives while partnering closely with finance, sales, and customer service teams. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations Oversee collections activities and aging reports Monitor customer account balances and resolve payment issues Partner with internal teams to improve cash flow and customer experience Develop and implement process improvements and internal controls Support month-end close activities and reporting requirements Analyze AR metrics and provide recommendations to leadership Lead, mentor, and develop AR team members Qualifications Previous Accounts Receivable leadership or management experience Strong understanding of collections, cash application, credit, and AR processes Experience working within ERP systems Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships across departments and with external customers Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred Why Join Us?
