Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager for a contract opportunity with one of our clients. This role will oversee accounts receivable operations, including billing, cash application, reconciliations, and collections, while helping ensure accurate reporting and strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. (

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including billing, cash application, and collectionsMonitor customer balances, aging reports, and past-due accountsReview account reconciliations and resolve escalated discrepanciesManage invoicing accuracy and timely payment postingSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close related to accounts receivablePartner with customers and internal departments to resolve billing and payment issuesMaintain accurate AR records and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controlsPrepare reporting related to receivables, collections, and account activityIdentify opportunities to improve AR processes and workflow
