The role further provides governance, performance management, and escalation oversight across the broader Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle, while leading and developing AR and Billing teams responsible for execution. This position is critical to collections integrity, billing accuracy, customer financial experience, team development and strong financial controls. Scope & Ownership Primary ownership of Invoicing/Billing and Accounts Receivable processes, policies, controls, and performance outcomes. Enterprise accountability for AR balances, aging quality, reserves, and write-offs across multiple legal entities. People management responsibility for AR and Billing leaders and teams, including performance, capability development, and capacity planning. Governance and KPI ownership for broader OTC activities including Upstream business process evaluation, Cash Application, Credit operations, and Dispute management. Senior escalation point for customer issues, credit exposure, billing disputes, and risks. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage AR and Billing teams, including managers and individual contributors, driving accountability and performance outcomes. Own AR and Billing policies, standards, and internal controls. Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant invoicing aligned to contractual and revenue recognition requirements. Accountable for AR integrity including aging accuracy, reserves, and bad debt exposure. Set performance targets for collections, cash app, credit, and dispute resolution. Review OTC performance trends and drive corrective actions through functional leadership. Serve as escalation owner for high‑risk accounts and complex billing disputes. Partner with Commercial and Legal leadership on contract design and credit decisions. Own AR close activities, reconciliations, executive reporting, and audit readiness. Sponsor automation and process improvement initiatives focused on the OTC cycle. People Leadership & Talent Development Directly manage AR and Billing managers and senior individual contributors. Build succession plans and develop future leaders within AR and Billing functions. Coach leaders on performance management and employee development. Drive a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and results orientation. Systems & Tools

(Billing and FI‑AR) Advanced Microsoft Excel Workflow, case management, and automation tools Key Performance Indicators Billing accuracy and invoice timeliness AR aging quality and overdue exposure Bad debt and reserve accuracy Team productivity and capacity utilization Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; CPA or MBA preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in AR, Billing, or OTC leadership roles. Minimum 5+ years of people management experience, including managing managers. Proven ability to lead through influence, governance, and performance management.
