What You'll Do Job Title:
Manager, Accounts Payable (Temporary) You will lead Slalom's Accounts Payable function, overseeing the end-to-end AP lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments and the activities required during the month end financial close. You will foster strong vendor and stakeholder relationships, and play a critical role in optimizing systems, automation, and global processes. In this role, you will partner closely with Accounting, Procurement, Treasury, Payroll, and business stakeholders across domestic and international entities. Oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle, including invoice intake, validation, coding, approval routing, and payment execution Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices across multiple entities, including international and multi-currency transactions Monitor AP inboxes and workflows, ensuring clear ownership and accountability for invoice processing and inquiries Partner with Accounting to support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reconciliations Ensure completeness and accuracy of AP balances, including identification of missing or recurring liabilities Review and approve journal entries and adjustments related to AP Serve as escalation point for vendors and internal stakeholders on payment status, invoice issues, and process questions Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners Ensure timely response to inquiries and adherence to service level expectations What You'll Bring 8+ years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience Strong knowledge of AP processes, controls, and accounting principles Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage high-volume workloads in a deadline-driven environment Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and AP automation tools Experience managing global AP processes and multi-entity environments Experience in a professional services or consulting environment preferred About Us Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted hourly pay rate is $50 to $60 . In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus . Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
