• $120,000 /yr Posted March 12, 2026 Audit Supervisor/Manager Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor or Manager to lead our audit team and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while providing exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements, mentoring staff, and collaborating with management to enhance audit processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion. Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support. Review audit work papers and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and management. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient audit processes. Stay current on industry developments and best practices in audit and assurance. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required. Proven experience in audit, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of auditing standards and regulations. Experience in Assurance, Construction, Manufacturing, Non-Profit (NFP), or Government sectors is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
