Does that sound like you? What We Need We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Audit Administrator to join our accounting firm in our Little Rock office. This role is primarily responsible for supporting the creation, formatting, editing, and delivery of client-facing audit reports, while also assisting with other administrative functions as needed.
What We Are Looking For Technical Formatting Skills:
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills (styles, templates, section breaks, headers/footers)
  • Table of contents, cross-references, and captioning
  • Consistent formatting across long, complex documents
  • Strong Excel skills (linking spreadsheets into reports, maintaining/updating links, basic formulas)
  • Experience working with linked documents (Excel to Word)
  • Ability to troubleshoot formatting issues and broken links
Additional Skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong quality control mindset (proofreading, consistency checks, cross-references)
  • Ability to manage version control across documents
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Willingness to provide administrative support across offices for staff, managers, and partners What We'd Love
  • Experience with audit reports or financial statements
  • Experience formatting technical documents (audit, legal, engineering, medical, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic financial statement structure (balance sheet, financial statement notes, etc.)
  • Experience preparing client-facing deliverables
