Process and Procedure:
1.1. Audit processes and procedures for different departments. 1.2. Highlight potential recommendations for better procedures or practices that are not in compliance with Company service standards or regulations; present these recommendations to the Compliance Manager. 2. Compliance Audits 2.1. Conduct Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual internal Company audits 2.2. Conduct risk assessment of assigned departments or functional areas in an established/required timeline 2.3. Communicate findings to Compliance Manager to draft comprehensive and complete report of audit area. 3.
Safety:
3.1. Creates vehicle usage reports as needed and upon management requests for driving audit records. 4.
Reporting:
4.1. Provides documentation of quality and compliance activities, such as complaints received or investigation outcomes to the Compliance Manager Deliverables Conduct Audits
