Full Job Description Description:
About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Process & Data Quality Associate to support data accuracy, process compliance, and operational reliability across multiple systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and takes ownership of ensuring data and processes are executed correctly. You will work closely with operations, product, and engineering teams to identify discrepancies and support continuous improvement. What You'll Do Validate and reconcile data across multiple internal and external systems Perform regular data checks and audits to ensure accuracy and completeness Verify that business processes are followed according to defined standards Identify, document, and escalate data or process discrepancies Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence Maintain process documentation, controls, and checklists Track recurring issues and support process improvements
Requirements:
