Sunday•Thursday, 8:00 PM•4:00 AM Job Description Custom Food Service is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Warehouse Quality Control & Verification Specialist to join our overnight operations team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring order accuracy, preventing mis-picks, and verifying that all customer orders are loaded correctly before trucks depart the warehouse. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in catching mistakes before they become customer issues. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Verify completed pallets against pick tickets and load sheets before loading. Inspect orders for product accuracy, quantity, and quality. Identify and correct mis-picks before trucks leave the warehouse. Confirm all products scheduled for delivery are loaded and accounted for. Perform final load checks on outbound routes. Work closely with warehouse selectors and management to ensure order accuracy. Document errors and communicate trends to management. Qualifications Previous warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or quality assurance experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Basic math and counting skills. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly. Experience operating pallet jacks or warehouse equipment is a plus. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance required. What Success Looks Like Reduced order errors and customer complaints. Increased outbound load accuracy. Consistent verification of all routes before departure. Strong communication with warehouse leadership regarding recurring issues. Helping maintain a culture of accountability and accuracy throughout warehouse operations.
