Audit Manager

Position Summary:

This role is ideal for CPAs or experienced accountants with public accounting or audit experience who want to work closely with leadership while maintaining a balanced and collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with

U.S. GAAP

Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation Coordinate with external auditors during audit engagements Review account reconciliations and financial reporting schedules Support month-end and year-end close processes Assist with internal control documentation and compliance Perform analytical reviews and risk assessments Help mentor and guide accounting staff Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting improvement

Qualifications/Certifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field CPA license or CPA candidate strongly preferred

Experience:

8+ years of accounting or audit experience Public accounting or audit experience preferred Minimum 4 years in external audit firm preferred OR significant experience serving as primary company lead during Big 4 external audits, including ownership of PBC schedules and direct auditor coordination. At least 3 years in managerial or senior supervisory role Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements Experience leading accounting engagements or supervising staff preferred

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of

U.S. GAAP

Understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition Experience preparing audit workpapers and schedules Strong financial statement review and analytical skills Experience documenting and reviewing internal controls

Systems:

QuickBooks Online required Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
