This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and client interaction . Key Responsibilities Lead audit engagements for real estate and agriculture clients Plan, execute, and review audit work and financial statements Supervise, train, and mentor audit staff Ensure compliance with GAAP and GAAS Manage multiple engagements, timelines, and budgets Serve as a primary point of contact for clients Identify process improvements and provide value-added insights What We're Looking For 5-8+ years of public accounting audit experience Experience in real estate and/or agriculture clients (strongly preferred) Proven ability to lead engagements and supervise staff CPA required or near completion Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits $110K - $135K+ base + bonus (competitive and based on experience) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contribution Generous PTO and flexible scheduling Clear path to Manager-level advancement The Ideal Fit Someone who enjoys leading teams, building client relationships, and taking ownership of engagements , while continuing to grow into a leadership role within the firm.
