Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Auditor to join our automotive parts distribution team. The Warehouse Auditor is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, auditing inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining compliance with company standards. This role plays a critical part in supporting warehouse operations by identifying discrepancies and helping maintain accurate inventory records. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts of automotive parts and warehouse stock. Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and system records. Investigate inventory discrepancies and work with warehouse leadership to resolve issues. Audit order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure accuracy. Review and maintain inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform quality checks on products and packaging before shipment. Generate audit reports and communicate findings to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control standards. Assist with physical inventory counts as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory variances and improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of warehouse auditing, inventory control, or related warehouse experience required. Experience working in a distribution center or automotive parts warehouse preferred. Knowledge of inventory management and cycle counting procedures. Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and data entry. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
