$110,000•$125,000 per year Job Details•Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple audit and assurance engagements across various industries, including nonprofit organizations, governmental entities, employee benefit plans, and commercial businesses. Manage engagements through all phases, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and final reporting. Monitor engagement budgets, timelines, staffing, and overall project performance. Prepare and review financial statements, disclosures, management letters, and related reports for accuracy and completeness. Research, evaluate, and communicate technical accounting and auditing matters to clients and firm leadership. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure exceptional service and successful engagement outcomes. Supervise, coach, and develop audit professionals while promoting a collaborative team environment. Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and client service delivery.
