Job Description:
Looking to get out of public accounting and use your accounting foundation but shift into more strategic, value-add work tied directly to transactions and investment decisions!! This could be the role for you. Robert Half is partnering with a leading financial advisory firm specializing in transaction advisory, due diligence, investment banking, and risk mitigation who is searching for a Senior Associate. What You'll Do Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across private equity, lenders, and corporate clients Perform quality of earnings (QoE) and financial analysis, including: Income statement & balance sheet analysis Cash flow reconciliation Data room and request list management Analyze target company financials to assess risks, opportunities, and purchase price impacts Assist in preparing client-ready reports and deliverables Partner closely with engagement leads and cross-functional TAS teams This role is 100% in office.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred) 2+ years of experience in public accounting, Big 4 highly preferred CPA (preferred) Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent communication and analytical abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tight deadlines
