As a Lot Auditor , you'll support daily parking lot operations by assisting guests, directing traffic, monitoring the lot, and keeping the area clean and organized. Your work helps ensure every guest has a safe and efficient parking experience. What You'll Do Direct traffic and help guests enter and exit the parking area safely Issue tickets, process payments, and track parking activity Monitor the lot to ensure vehicles are parked properly and securely Complete shift reports and document tickets and revenue Keep the parking lot and booth clean and organized Report safety concerns or suspicious activity Communicate with team members using radios and standard procedures What You Need High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a clean record (no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years) Ability to pass a background check Comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong customer service and communication skills Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays No prior parking experience required. We'll train you.
