Job Description Our client is an expanding, mid-sized New Haven area based public accounting firm with a long history of serving a robust and sophisticated middle-market client base.
Role:
With an eye to the future, the firm is committed to developing the next generation of leadership. They seek a well-tracked and networked Senior Manager or Director with Partnership aspirations. The ideal candidate will be a CPA with both tactical and review level accounting and audit experience. S/he will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships while continuously seeking to build new relationships. Staff development and mentorship skills are highly desired.
Qualifications:
CPA with at least 8 years of recent audit and accounting experience. The ability to perform effectively at both tactical and review levels. Partnership aspirations and desire to expand business development skills. Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills including leading teams.
