Who we are looking for:

The FHA Audit Associate performs a complete and detailed review of all FHA documentation required to obtain Mortgage Insurance Certificate. Valid data is taken from a key group of documents and compared to the remainder of the file. Discrepancies detected are noted on a detailed Excel workbook for Cure Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and thorough high-level review of FHA loan documentation to detect deficiencies Document discrepancies in report to be sent to Cures Team Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to mortgage lending Other duties as assigned What you'll need to be successful: High School Diploma or equivalent Attention to detail Self-motivated team player Basic computer skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel What we offer: Because we recognize and reward hard work, we offer a competitive salary, a full benefits package, and the potential for a performance-based bonus.
