Summary:

Partners with the compliance officer for implementation and facilitation of the system's compliance and health insurance portability and accountability act of 1996 (HIPAA) program to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations. Plays a supervisory role in day-to-day operations of the department and acts as a subject matter expert for day-to-day department needs. Ensures that all compliance audits and projects are properly executed, documented, and completed on schedule.
