Due to growth, we are looking for an Assurance Senio r to join our team! Must have 2+ years of public accounting experience with progressive responsibility in audit and knowledge of GAAP and GAAS. What You Will Be Doing Lead the planning, execution, and completion of audit and review engagements across a diverse client base Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance Supervise day-to-day engagement execution, including delegating work, reviewing workpapers, and coaching staff Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during engagements, building trust and strong working relationships Identify risks, issues, and opportunities; propose solutions and clearly communicate findings to managers and partners Stay current on auditing standards, regulations, and industry best practices and contribute to firm-wide knowledge sharing What You Need for this Position Must Have Skills 2+ years of public accounting and audit experience Knowledge of GAAP and GAAS Active CPA license or active CPA candidate preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting If hired, you will be rewarded with an offer that includes 75k - 90k salary DOE + performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with firm contribution 15 days
