A financial services firm in Florida is actively seeking a new Audit/Compliance Analyst I (Junior) to join their team in Miami. This onsite position is well-suited for an early-career professional with strong analytical skills and an interest in financial services compliance. About the

Onsite Responsibilities:
Support compliance investigations, cause analyses, and related documentation efforts Review compliance evidence for accuracy and completeness Assist with the development and documentation of internal controls, processes, and procedures Identify compliance gaps through internal spot checks and self-assessments Help prepare responses to legal and regulatory inquiries and present findings to management
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an analytical or compliance-related role Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field Experience analyzing large datasets and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to management
Desired Skills:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) Analytical experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or a related industry Familiarity with a Bloomberg terminal
