$16.00 per hour
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Summary The Quality Control Auditor is responsible for inspecting finished products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role works closely with the Quality Manager to identify quality concerns, support corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Perform inspections and testing of finished products using established quality control methods, including blacklight adhesive seam inspections. Verify products meet customer requirements and internal quality standards. Document inspection results and complete required quality records accurately. Identify quality issues and communicate findings to the Quality Manager and Plant Manager. Assist in identifying opportunities for process and product quality improvements. Follow all Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and work instructions. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members. Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO, FDA, BSI, or similar standards) preferred. Previous quality control or manufacturing experience is a plus.
