Primary responsibilities:
Prepare thorough and accurate workpapers in accordance with firm standards. Perform assigned audit engagements using relevant audit standards. Conducts self-review to ensure work is complete and accurate. Drafting of financial statements for assigned engagements. Travel to client offices to perform assigned tasks where appropriate. Prepare informational tax returns and related workpapers for review. Provide responsive and friendly client service. Perform other tasks and assignments as requested.
Requires the following skills:
Computer and software proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, remote environments). Time management skills to prioritize incoming workflow to meet all expectations in a deadline-focused environment. Strong organizational skills. Strong word processing, spelling, letter composition, and grammatical skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and able to handle multiple tasks and projects daily. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of the importance of client privacy and confidentiality rules. Ability to travel (client locations, firm events, etc.).
