ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate the accuracy of freight bill completion. Make sure all requirements of BOL including shipper, consignee, service center, D.O.T and all customer requirements are entered by billing Assist Central Billing with daily operational questions to ensure billing accuracy Assist service centers with daily operational requirements including scanning, 602-pickup manifest system, cash report, and scanner issues Provide feedback to service centers and revenue accounting concerning possible problems with accounts Monitor Reports daily to ensure accuracy of scanning and a timely billing finish time Provide assistance to revenue accounting with daily needs Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement Make recommendations to implement improved processes Perform other duties as assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATIONS
(SKILLS
REQUIRED
): Detail-oriented LTL industry knowledge and experience preferred Previous billing experience is a plus Strong communication skills
EDUCATION
Solid Microsoft Office skills required; Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to efficiently manage time Ability to independently obtain and interpret information Consistent, steady work history High school diploma or equivalent
