Overview Join our dynamic QA/QC Team as an
ISO 9001
Internal Auditor/QC Inspector and become a vital driver of our commitment to excellence! In this energetic role, you will lead internal audits to ensure compliance with
ISO 9001
standards and other regulatory requirements such as
ISO 9001
2015 etc. Your meticulous attention to detail and analysis skills will help uphold the highest quality systems within our manufacturing environment. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are passionate about quality assurance, this role is your perfect fit! Duties Plan, execute, and document comprehensive internal audits aligned with
ISO 9001
2015 standards. Assess manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and inspection activities using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines. Collect data through detailed observations, sampling techniques, and analysis to identify non-conformities or areas for improvement within quality systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective action plans based on audit findings and verify their implementation effectively. Review calibration records for precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers to ensure measurement accuracy during quality inspections. Conduct regular quality audits of suppliers and vendors to maintain supply chain integrity and compliance with industry standards. Maintain thorough documentation of audit reports, non-conformance reports, and follow-up actions to support continuous improvement initiatives. Must be very reliable and dependable. Must be well organized. Must be capable of multi-tasking. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter Experience Proven experience conducting quality audits within manufacturing environments adhering to ISO 9001 or similar standards. Hands-on knowledge of quality inspection techniques utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and coordinate measuring machines. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets for root cause analysis and process improvement opportunities. Experience in implementing or maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) with a focus on QA/QC processes. Excellent communication skills for training team members on quality standards and audit procedures. Technical proficiency with calibration tools and data collection methods essential for maintaining high-quality standards across all operations.
