Quality Auditor I Details:

Contract to Hire position $22.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Conduct routine audits of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements Accurately document audit results, identify non-conformities, and communicate findings to appropriate teams to support timely corrective actions Collaborate with production and quality teams to investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Assist in developing and maintaining quality control procedures, audit documentation, and best practices to enhance overall product quality and operational efficiency Maintain detailed audit records and prepare reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for management review

Quality Auditor I Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or QA certification preferred Basic understanding of quality assurance principles, manufacturing processes, and standard quality documentation (inspection reports, audit checklists) Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report deviations from quality standards Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) preferred Proficiency with inspection tools and knowledge of SPC and root cause analysis is a plus Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
