Job Description:

CITITRENDS

is seeking a Sales Auditor to join our team! Are you detail-driven, analytical, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced retail environment? This is an exciting opportunity to step into a critical role where accuracy, collaboration, and problem-solving directly support the financial health and operational success of our stores. As a Sales Auditor , you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of daily sales reporting across our store network. You'll partner across Accounting, IT, Loss Prevention, and Store Operations to investigate variances, resolve discrepancies, and protect company assets-all while contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

Reconcile daily sales by location, including cash and credit card receivables Ensure alignment between sales, bank deposits, and credit card activity Investigate and resolve discrepancies in partnership with cross-functional teams Report on cash over/short trends to support loss prevention efforts Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain cash management systems Support payment-related inquiries and ensure a seamless experience Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence

What You Bring:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy Exceptional attention to detail and organization Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across multiple teams Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially

Excel Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field 2 or more years of audit, accounting, or finance experience Why Join
