A growing public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Partner to join a collaborative, relationship-driven team. This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys leading people, strengthening client relationships, mentoring teams, and helping shape the long-term growth and direction of a firm. Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through completion Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships Mentor, develop, and lead audit staff and managers Review engagement quality, technical compliance, and risk management Participate in firm leadership initiatives and strategic planning Support business development and growth efforts Drive process improvement and operational efficiencies
Preferred Background:
