at Maleko Personnel in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Protocol Auditor Boise, ID 83716 $20 - $23 an hour - Full-time Full job description Job Overview We are looking for a Protocol Auditor to help ensure quality and compliance in our semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you will review processes, conduct audits, identify quality issues, and help improve manufacturing standards. You will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to make sure products meet company, customer, and industry requirements. Key Responsibilities Conduct Audits Perform internal and supplier audits of manufacturing processes and facilities. Check compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements. Review production, testing, packaging, and material handling processes. Ensure Process Compliance Review and maintain audit procedures and quality protocols. Verify that manufacturing processes follow established quality control methods. Ensure documentation, records, and inspection reports are accurate and current. Manage Quality Issues Identify process problems, risks, and nonconformities. Support root cause investigations and corrective actions. Track audit findings and ensure issues are resolved on time. Support Quality Systems Help maintain compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 and
IATF 16949.
Monitor quality performance metrics and prepare reports. Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency. Collaborate with Teams Work with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, R D, and Supplier Quality teams. Support customer audits and certification assessments. Train employees on quality procedures and compliance requirements. Qualifications Experience in quality assurance, auditing, or semiconductor manufacturing. Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and auditing practices. Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, CAPA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, and MSA. Strong attention to detail, problem solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
