! A-Line is seeking an experienced Dealer Auditor with a strong background in warranty auditing within the automotive industry. This role is dedicated exclusively to warranty audit activities and requires candidates who have direct warranty audit experience. Experience limited to incentive audits will not meet the requirements for this position. Dealer Auditor (Warranty Auditing)

Full-Time, Field-Based Position Overview This is a highly travel-oriented, field-based role where auditors conduct on-site warranty audits at automotive dealerships throughout the United States. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive warranty audits at automotive dealerships Review warranty claims, documentation, and dealership processes for compliance and accuracy Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and potential risk areas Prepare audit findings and supporting documentation Communicate audit results and recommendations to stakeholders Complete audit reports and administrative documentation Manage travel schedules and audit preparation activities Submit expense reports and close completed audits in a timely manner Travel Requirements Travel required for 80% or more of the work schedule Work at a different dealership nearly every week Most assignments are within a six-hour driving radius of your home Air travel provided when locations are beyond driving distance Hotel accommodations provided for travel exceeding 1.5 hours from home All business travel expenses covered Company vehicle provided Typical Weekly Schedule Monday Travel to dealership location Begin audit setup and planning activities Tuesday - Thursday Conduct on-site warranty audits Flexible daily start times based on dealership needs Thursday Afternoon or Friday Return travel home Friday / End of Week Work remotely from home Complete expense reports Finalize audit documentation Prepare for upcoming audit assignments Qualifications Direct experience conducting automotive warranty audits Strong understanding of dealership warranty processes and compliance requirements Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Willingness and ability to travel extensively Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationwide Technical Skills Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Teams Microsoft Office 365 Interview Process Two rounds of interviews All interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams Equipment Provided Company laptop Access to required audit systems and software Company vehicle
