POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for procedures to monitor compliance with the system of internal controls established by the company.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
(These functions are intended as a general illustration of the work performed in this job classification and are not all inclusive for this position) Assists in the planning and development of Internal Audit policies and procedures to monitor compliance with the system of internal controls established by the company Develops and updates audit programs. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Other duties as assigned.NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Attend seminars when needed.EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
(Related education and experience may be interchangeable on a year for year basis) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or other business related field is required. Experience in PC environment and knowledge of PC based accounting software packages preferred.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
(Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.): Must obtain and maintain all licenses / certifications per Federal, State, and Indiana Gaming Commission. Must successfully pass background check. Must maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data and casino policies. Must successfully pass drug screening. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age.ABILITY TO
Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted during work. Stand 80% of the time in a noisy and fast pace environment.
